Day #15 of the 24-Day Challenge

You are now 5 days into the Max Phase...

Here's a review of how to incorporate the Max Phase:

Take your white packets (2) with your breakfast shake.

Take your second MNS color pack approximately 30 minutes before lunch.

This is a great time to reflect on your results so far...

1. Is your energy level different mid afternoon?
2. Do you notice your craving different types of foods?
3. Have you seen a big reduction in your consumption of carbs, sweets and sodas?
4. Are clothes starting to feel like they fit differently?
5. Are people around starting to ask "What are you doing?"

Things are getting exciting!

Now onto Day #2 of the Max Phase!

Here's a reminder of how to incorporate the Max Phase...

Great job! This is the momentum phase - you should see an increase
in your energy level throughout the day and a big reduction in
your cravings for sweets, sodas, and high carb foods.

Remember - you're not on a diet, so we don't want to focus on
foods to stay away from, rather we want to help you focus on
foods that will help give you the most momentum. Likewise, the
Metabolic Nutrition System is designed to be taken with food, so
feel free to eat - ideally 3 meals a day with optional snacks.

By now - you should be set up for success! Enjoy a couple of days

- Most people add about 3 ice cubes to make it frothy!
- Add frozen fruit to sneak in some extra servings, too.

Eat a balanced meal (carbs + protein) for lunch.

Here we are... Day #10... The end of the herbal cleanse!

Now you will have reset and rebalanced your body as we begin the momentum.

Today:
Take the last "Probiotic Restore" (2 capsules) pack on an empty stomach
Drink the last "Fiber Drink" 30 minutes after your "Probiotic Restore"
Drink a Meal Replacement Shake 30 minutes later (optional)
Take 4-6 Omegaplex with dinner

Tomorrow is Day #11 and the beginning of the Max Phase.

At this point, you have likely seen results, too!

You may be experiencing a bit of fatigue - this is normal. Be sure
to grab a Spark and use this product either mid-morning or
mid-afternoon to keep your energy level productive.

You may be experiencing a slight headache, too. This is also

we want you to stay well hydrated to minimize the effect - it won't
last long.

Try consuming 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water today... I
know this seems like a lot, but this will dramatically help accelerate

Day #3 of the 24-Day Challenge...

Day #3 of the 24-Day Challenge is here!

As you may recall, the first 3 days are designed to start "shaking
up" the toxins in our bodies. Starting tomorrow, Day #4, we will
begin phase 2 of the Herbal Cleanse which is designed to begin
flushing those toxins out of your body.

Drink lots of water to help in absorbency and distribution...

Here's how to get the most out of your day tomorrow (Day #4):

Take a "Probiotic Restore" (2 capsules) pack on an empty stomach
Drink a Meal Replacement Shake 30 minutes later (optional)
Drink a Spark! mid afternoon (empty stomach)
Take 4-6 Omegaplex with dinner
Take the "Herbal Cleanse" (3 caplets) pack before bed.

On Day #4 you may experience a little fatigue... try grabbing a spark
mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Hydration is more important on Day #4
than ever to help battle fatigue and maybe even a slight headache,

This may be the ride of your life!

To gear up for the 1st day of the 24-Day Challenge, we just want to point out several things
that you have received in your 24-Day Challenge package. If you did not receive a packet, simply click HERE to go to www.TeamDestinyUSA.com and download the 24-Day Challenge documents.

First - your herbal cleanse. This box contains 3 components that
you will use strategically to help you detox your digestive tract
and increase your absorbency rate. These components include a fiber
drink (highly valuable fiber), probiotic restore (good digestive
bacteria), and herbal cleanse packets (detoxification).

For Day 1 - use your fiber drink first thing in the morning.

Here's a tip... Mix your citrus fiber drink with approximately 4
ounces of water and add 4 ounces of Orange Juice, stir and drink
(quickly). If you're using the Peaches n Cream version of the Herbal
Cleanse, try it with 8 ounces of water.

Incorporate your Spark! energy & mental focus drink mid-morning or
