Day #5 of the 24-Day Challenge...

Day #5 is the same as Day #4.

Take the "Probiotic Restore" (2 capsules) pack on an empty stomach
Drink a Meal Replacement Shake 30 minutes later (optional)
Take 4-6 Omegaplex with dinner
Take the "Herbal Cleanse" (3 caplets) pack before bed.
