Day #15 of the 24-Day Challenge

You are now 5 days into the Max Phase...

Here's a review of how to incorporate the Max Phase:

Take your MNS color pack first thing in the morning with a glass of water.

30 minutes later, drink a Meal Replacement Shake (Breakfast)

Take your white packets (2) with your breakfast shake.

Take your second MNS color pack approximately 30 minutes before lunch.

Eat a balanced meal (carbs + protein) for lunch.

Enjoy a Spark! mid-afternoon.

Eat a balanced meal (carbs + protein) for dinner.

This is a great time to reflect on your results so far...

1. Is your energy level different mid afternoon?
2. Do you notice your craving different types of foods?
3. Have you seen a big reduction in your consumption of carbs, sweets and sodas?
4. Are clothes starting to feel like they fit differently?
5. Are people around starting to ask "What are you doing?"

Things are getting exciting!
